T. Mike Field

Mr. Field retired from the practice of law in 2019 after having a practice centered on wills and trusts, business structuring, family limited partnerships, advanced asset transfer techniques, real estate and probate. He advised mainly individuals in complicated business ventures including project acquisition and disposition and regularly counseled clients engaged in the operation or lease of various types of real estate projects, including oil and gas. Mr. Field's probate practice involved representing executors in the administration of substantial and complex estates and trusts as well as consulting with beneficiaries on how to protect their interests in estates and trusts.
